Fabrication

Our 4,800 square foot fabrication facility is ASME “U” Certified for construction of new pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Code (Section VIII, Division 1) and NBBI “R” Certified for repairs and alterations to items in accordance with National Board Inspection Code. Our facility has also performed extensive fabrication of offshore equipment per Det Norske Veritas (DNV) standards. Our facility features a 40-ton overhead crane capacity with 25 foot hook height to safely handle even your heftiest of projects.

We offer custom fabrication of metal products ranging from steel and steel alloys to exotic metals. We also offer packaging of skid-mounted processing equipment, which includes placement and alignment and checkout of all items.
